Catering Policy
To ensure the best service for your catering needs, please take note of our policy:
Notice is Required for Catering
- Small groups (up to 30 guests) require at least 3 days' advance notice.
- For larger groups (30 - 100 guests), please provide at least 7 days' notice.
The Guest Count
A final guest count is required 2 days before the event to adequately prepare the food. If no guarantee is made by this time, the originally expected attendance will be assumed.
Dinnerware Options
Please indicate the type of dinnerware required for your catering. We offer:
- Paper disposable set @ 2.50 per person
- Stoneware set (call for details)
Bulk Order Discount
Enjoy a 5% discount on all bulk orders, which will be reflected on invoices.
Please note that it does not apply to individually packaged items.
Delivery and Service
- Delivery is available at an extra charge, calculated at $0.55/km to the catering location.
- A 10% fee is added to all catering orders.
- If you require on-site service: 15% charge for 5 hours or less.
- Cancelations and late payments will incur charges, please call us for more information.
